The Third-Party Services We Use
We work with the following third-party services, each of which processes certain data on our behalf:
Squarespace — website hosting, site infrastructure, and (via Squarespace Payments/Stripe) payment processing.
Stripe — payment processing for purchases made directly on the Service and through Systeme.io checkouts.
Systeme.io — checkout pages for certain limited-time offers and multi-step funnels; payments are still processed through our connected Stripe account.
Mailchimp — email marketing, including welcome sequences, waitlists, and post-purchase communications. If you sign up for a free print, join a waitlist, or make a purchase, your email address and related details may be added to our Mailchimp audience.
Zapier — automation that transfers data between our website forms and Mailchimp so your information reaches the correct email sequence.
Our AI-assisted creative tools — the interactive Poetry Prompt Generator and related tools on the Service are powered by a third-party AI tool provider (and underlying AI model providers). If you use these tools, your input is sent to that provider for processing. See our Terms & Conditions, "AI-Assisted Tools," for more detail.
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website traffic analysis.
We require these providers to only use your information for the purpose of providing services to us, and not for their own independent marketing purposes, except where you have separately agreed to that (for example, subscribing to our Mailchimp list).
